Shipping and Delivery

Ram Rasayan has partnered with reputed logistics providers to ensure that our products reach you in the best condition, without any damage. We use high-quality packaging materials sourced from reliable vendors and conduct thorough quality checks before shipping our products.

Note: Rs. 70 will be the shipping charge for all orders below Rs. 699.

How Does the Delivery Process Work?

Once your order is processed, we inspect the products to ensure they meet our quality standards. After passing the final quality check, we pack and hand over your products to our trusted logistics partners.

Our logistics partners will attempt delivery at the shipping address provided by you. If they are unable to reach you, they will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

All products ordered, including any promotional or free items, will be shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout, along with an invoice. While we strive to ship all products in a single shipment, certain circumstances may require multiple shipments.

Packaging Standards

Each product is securely packed with bubble wrap.
Fragile items, such as glass bottles, receive additional layers of protection.
Products are then placed in sturdy cardboard boxes before being handed over to our logistics partners.
Ram Rasayan takes full responsibility for any damage caused during transit.

Shipping Locations

Ram Rasayan ships to most pin codes across India. Our list of serviceable pin codes is subject to change based on our logistics partners. You can check serviceability by entering your pin code on our Website or during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If you have an account with us, you can log in to the “My Account” section and check the “Your Orders” tab for tracking updates.
Tracking updates are available after the order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

At the time of checkout, we provide an estimated delivery timeframe based on your location.
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placement.
Delivery times range from 2 to 7 days, depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays due to logistical challenges or external factors may occur. In such cases, we appreciate your patience.

Note: Due to unpredictable situations, we may need to pause deliveries temporarily. We will update you on any such changes.

Delivery Schedule

Our logistics partners will call before delivering your package.
If delivery attempts fail three times, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on the order value, product type, and destination.
Shipping and handling charges will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

Delivery Failure and Rescheduling

If no one is available at the delivery address, our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to three times.
You may contact our customer service team to reschedule delivery.
If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.
