Cancellation Policy

Ram Rasayan believes in customer satisfaction and offers a flexible Cancellation Policy. Cancellations will be considered only if the order has not been dispatched. Once the shipment has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or a transaction that violates our terms, we reserve the right to cancel such orders without prior notice.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If your order has not been shipped, you can request cancellation by contacting our support team via email at info@ramrasayan.shop. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 2 – 5 business days.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Refund for Canceled Orders

For cancellations before shipment, refunds will be processed within 2 – 5 business days. Payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking will be refunded to the original payment method. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Discount vouchers or loyalty points used at checkout will not be refunded upon cancellation.


Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Return Policy

Ram Rasayan offers a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery for defective or incorrect products. Partial returns are also accepted.

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Contact our support team at info@ramrasayan.shop within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Provide order details and images of the product showing any defect, batch number, and invoice.
  3. We will arrange for product pickup within 4-7 business days.
  4. Refunds/replacements will be processed once we receive the product in its original packaging with all labels and barcodes intact.

Conditions for Return Denial

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Missing original packaging, price tags, or accessories.
  • Altered or tampered products.
  • Return request initiated after 5 days of delivery.
  • Free promotional products.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact support at info@ramrasayan.shop within 5 days.
  2. Share images or a video showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your complaint within 3 days.
  4. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund within 2 – 5 business days.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Return of Free Gifts

If a returned product came with a free gift, the free item must also be returned in its original packaging.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Cancellation before shipment.
  • Orders refused at delivery due to unavailability, wrong address, or customer refusal.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 8-9 business days after receiving the returned product.
